Contacting Rules

• Please, please make sure you question is not already answers on the FAQ Page. It will save us both time.
• Make sure its a sensible question.
• Don't use chatspeak, we won't be able to under stand you, let alone answer your question.
• Please us real English. Capitalize your I's, spell you, you, not u. Use for not 4, use to, not 2. It bothers me to no end. That's what words and the dictionary were invented for (:

• No hate mail. Its deleted without a break of sweat.
• Once again, PLEASE USE ENGLISH.
• We accept constructive criticism, suggestions, and comments to help make our site better. "Omg your sites sucks, my site is better." Does not help use improve our site.
• Once again no hate mail. We are not paid to put up with it.

• Please make sure you tell us exactly what you want.
• Currently we aren't taking requests or layouts, not coded ones at least. If you know how to code a layout, or know someone who will do it for you, you can go ahead an request one.
• We can't guarantee that you will get your graphic done, or will accept making you the graphic. If it is to complex, unclear, or someone has requested something similar we won't make it ):
• When you request something, be aware that we will put it up for Public Use, meaning anyone who visits the site can use it.
• Unless your a friend, we won't personalize any graphics.
• We also have the right to take down any graphics we chose to.
• Please do not ask if you can save them to your own computer, its a no, it helps prevent theft.
• NO HEATHER WILL NOT TAKE ART REQUESTS. She only and has only taken requests from close friends. No commissions either.

• Please make sure that the Band you request will have information available to us to look at.
• Please make sure you send us their band site, myspace, facebook, buzznet, purevolume, etc. One, any, or all is fine. The more the Merrier (:
• Please send us link to a site, where we can listen to a sample of their music. We take youtube videos.

• Please provide us with the title or subject of the page, such as if its the video page, just say video page.
• If there's a broken music or video, please try to tell us which song or video it is.
• We take spelling mistakes under this! XD Please we can be terrible at spelling!
• Please bear with us at points, and if are fixing, or messing with some coding, we will most likely post it in the news, or somewhere see-able.

• if you find theft from our site, DON'T DO ANYTHING. Just send us the url of the page you found the theft on. Please do not take matters into you own hands, for both of our sakes. Don't go and cuss the theft out.

• Please make sure that its not any of the above, please its makes it easier on us.
• Be clear on what you are contacting us about, what is the problem? Do you have any suggestions on fixing it?
